The following are the products we currently make:

• accessories for gas-cooking machines - annual production capacity: 200.000 units

• accessories pumps - annual production capacity: 200.000 pcs.

- cam turbine

• insulation rubber gaskets and rings made by injection or vulcanization.

At customer’s order we can produce similar items.
For the following months our plans include new items in the range of games and toys.

TECHNICAL DETAILS

The firm is endowed with 11 injection machines and 13 splintering machine tools.

We perform plastics injection and the related moulds.

Output:

- Moulds of maximum 500 kg, size up to 420/320 mm.

- Plastics injection up to 500 g.

- Small rubber parts vulcanization up to Ø300 mm.

The working time required for performing a sample for a new average complexity product is 22 working days.

The products are entirely made by S.C. Elka Prodcom SRL, we do not deal with sub-contractors and the purchase of raw materials we operate from the inland producers or importers.

The prices for the spare parts are set by direct negociation with the customer depending on the required material quantities, the product’s complexity level and the requested quantities.
